News

Caerphilly Workmen’s Hall has been at the heart of the community for 95 years and the Covid shutdown was the first time in its history that it has closed.

Now we're back, we're calling for the community’s support and hope that audiences will return, as well as more volunteers joining us, to keep this wonderful venue open for many more years to come.

You can  get involved in a number of ways:

follow us on

(3) Facebook

as well as Ents24.com to be notified as soon as tickets are available for new events.

Alternatively, if you would like to join our regular mailing list, simply email karina@caerphillyworkmenshall.org for regular updates, booking enquiries, special offers and early notification of events.

We are also working towards our Centenary in 2025.  We have many events and activities planned and in the process of being organised, including an exhibition of memorable items of the past relating to the Hall through the ages;  one of our trustees is also putting together a book of the history of the Hall, including personal memories, photos etc.  If you are interested in being involved in our celebrations, or discussing your stories please email karina@caerphillyworkmenshall.org or ring 07512237983, or just speak to one of our volunteers at the Hall next time you visit.  We need your support to make this special date in the Hall's history a real community wide celebration!
